The Saudi Arabian Camel Racing Federation is an institution established in 2018 under the supervision of the Ministry of Sports and the leadership of Prince Fahd bin Jalawi bin Abdulaziz bin Musa’ad, as part of the Kingdom’s efforts to achieve its Vision 2030. The federation is leading strategic efforts to reshape and develop camel racing from a popular sport to a global one. The federation has ambitious plans to elevate the status of camel racing to meet international standards, with a continuous emphasis on the importance of this sport in preserving the national identity, culture, and Saudi heritage in general.

The federation combines preserving values and traditions with providing a contemporary version that meets the aspirations of the new generation, as camel racing has long been a witness to the civilization and rich history of the Kingdom.
