One of the primary objectives the federation seeks to achieve is cooperation with continental and international bodies. It exerts significant efforts to promote and develop camel racing in Arab countries by organizing sports competitions that bring its members together. Additionally, the federation strives to enhance the technical and athletic standards of this sport through training of technical and administrative personnel, raising awareness, and participating in community development.
The role of the federation extends beyond merely organizing competitions; it also encompasses supporting and encouraging scientific research and authorship to enrich the Arabic library with books and translations related to camel racing (Al Mahari). The federation supports Arab authors and translators and is committed to preserving this sport as an authentic Arab heritage. The federation seeks to draw the world’s attention to the importance of this sport and shed light on its deep roots in Arab history. Furthermore, the federation works to facilitate the transfer of camels between member countries to participate in championships, in cooperation with relevant authorities to simplify customs procedures, veterinary regulations, and transit fees.
