The Al Dhafra Camel Mazayna Festival Awards are an annual event organized by the Festival Management Committee for Cultural and Heritage Programs in Abu Dhabi. These awards receive support from several national institutions and companies. The festival serves as a link between generations, an occasion to revive and preserve heritage in the memory, and a means to enhance national pride in the younger generations.

The awards are presented to the winners in the festival’s accompanying competitions, usually totaling over 3,000 prizes. Among them, there are 320 rounds dedicated to camels, distributed across local camels, Mujahim camels, purebred camels, and Wadhah and Mahalib camels in four competitions in Sowaihan, Razeen, Zayed City, and the final event of the Al Dhafra Festival. Additionally, 47 rounds are allocated for the traditional competitions associated with the Al Dhafra Festival’s final phase.
